CGF Steps into Court this Afternoon

AB 173 is the bill that REQUIRES the Department of Justice to SHARE the personal identifying information of millions of gun and ammunition owners with other parties for non-law-enforcement purposes.

The California Gun Rights Foundation is about to head into court and present oral arguments in Barba v. Bonta

At 1:30 PM today, our attorneys will be up against the tyrants in AG Bonta's office as we seek to STOP AB 173.

AB 173 is the bill that REQUIRES the Department of Justice to SHARE the personal identifying information of millions of gun and ammunition owners with other parties for non-law-enforcement purposes.

Will you take a stand against this infrignement and chip in a tax-deductible donation of $100, $50, or perhaps even $25 to power a victory in this CRITICAL case?

Your privacy rights are at major risk under AB 173. The state can share your information with a whole cast of nefarious characters.

That's why we need to stop AB 173 NOW!

It is absolutely important that you show your support TODAY. No matter the outcome, we know the State will do whatever they can to ensure they can continue to trample on your fundamental rights.

But our attorneys will be defending YOUR privacy this afternoon. Help ensure we score a victory!
