CGF Steps into Court this Afternoon

The California Gun Rights Foundation is about to head into court and present oral arguments in Barba v. Bonta! 

At 1:30 PM today, our attorneys will be up against the tyrants in AG Bonta's office as we seek to STOP AB 173. 

AB 173 is the bill that REQUIRES the Department of Justice to SHARE the personal identifying information of millions of gun and ammunition owners with other parties for non-law-enforcement purposes.
