We reserve the right to change this Policy. As a service to our users, we will post the date of the most recent updates to this policy at the top of the page.

1. Information Collection
We may collect personal information about our users in various ways. For example, we may collect information that you provide to us, information that we collect through your use of the Services, and information that we collect from publicly available sources or third parties.
We gather certain broad information about website use including the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the programs and Services preferred. We look at the data in summary form, rather than on an individual basis. We gather this information so we can learn how many people visit CGF sites and services, which pages are the most and least viewed, and which websites are referring visitors to our sites and Services. We use this information to help us in restructuring sites to meet our members’ needs. CGF sites and services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
When you register or otherwise interact with the Services, you may be invited to provide personal information to enhance your experience on our site. For example, during account registration, we may ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, year of birth, gender, residence and/or mailing address, job title and industry, and other information. We may collect payment information, such as your credit card number and expiration date, where appropriate to process a financial transaction you have requested.
We also collect information that you provide us when you comment on articles, participate in message boards, and submit images, photos, videos, or other content to the Services.
We also compile lists for communications and marketing purposes. You may ask us to remove you from the lists by: (1) emailing us through our contact page, or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org; (2) calling us at (800) 556-2109; or (3) writing to us at California Gun Rights Foundation, ATTN: List Removal Requests; 333 University Avenue, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95825. We do not provide member information to telemarketers, mailing list brokers, or other companies that are not offering CGF-endorsed services or benefits. Third parties do not collect personally identifiable information about the online activities of individuals who visit CGF sites.
Under no circumstances will CGF sell your information to third parties or any commercial entities.
