Carry License Denial Due To City Residency (Apply to PD First Requirement)

Please use this form to report issues relating to a sheriff’s denial of or refusal to process a carry license application due to your residing in an incorporated city.  For example, a county may require that a resident of a city must first apply to that city’s Chief of Police or Police Department.  If you have attempted to apply to your county sheriff, but were refused or denied because they require that you first apply to the City PD, please let us know ASAP!
